Jay attended Arizona State University - West, and in 1997, graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting.  He received his CPA certification in February 2000.  He has been working in accounting since 1995, and has experience in public and private accounting.  Most of his experience is with small, closely held businesses.  He enjoys helping individuals and small business owners set and achieve their financial goals.

Jay also has experience with large, public companies.  He played a major role in taking a local health care company public in 2002.  He is proficient with the taxes and required SEC filings.
